The Frankfurt airport concierge bundles everything between landing and limousine: welcome with a name sign or code word in the arrivals area, help with luggage, escort to the car at the drop-off and – for connections – coordination of times and terminals. On request we also handle the opposite direction: pickup at the hotel, drop-off at the right terminal (Frankfurt Airport Terminal 1 or 2), a time buffer for check-in and security.

For delegations we provide several vehicles from our chauffeur driven car fleet and one point of contact; for private jet guests we serve the general aviation terminals. All services are agreed in advance and confirmed at a fixed price.

Before landing we track your flight in real time – if it is delayed, the welcome shifts automatically without you lifting a finger. After landing, your chauffeur awaits you with a name sign at the arrivals exit, takes your luggage and brings you to the vehicle without detours. 60 minutes of waiting time from landing are always included.

On request we extend the welcome into a full concierge routine: coordinating several guests and vehicles, aligning with your office or assistant, hotel stopovers and a single point of contact for the entire stay.

Travelling by private jet, you expect the same standard on the ground as in the air. We serve the general aviation terminals at Frankfurt Airport and the region’s business airfields: the vehicle is in position as the aircraft taxis in, luggage is taken over directly, and onward rides for crew and companions are arranged on request.

Our chauffeurs have accompanied high-profile guests for years. Unobtrusive signs or code words, tinted windows, discreet drivers and routes chosen away from attention are the standard – not an extra.
