Can I book a wedding or event chauffeur by the hour or by the day?

Of course. For weddings, events and special occasions you book your chauffeur flexibly by the hour or by the day. We agree the schedule, vehicle and special requests such as decoration or champagne service with you in advance.

Which vehicles do you offer?

Our black fleet comprises the Mercedes E-Class (business), the S-Class (first class), a spacious V-/S-Class van, a luxury SUV (GLS) as well as a minibus/Sprinter for groups and events.

Do your chauffeurs speak English or Russian – and are female chauffeurs available?

Yes. English-speaking and Russian-speaking chauffeurs are available on request – as is a female chauffeur, for families, guests from abroad or simply because you prefer it. Tell us your preference when you enquire; we confirm it together with the fixed price.

Do you work with fixed prices?

Yes. Transfers and city rides are offered at a transparent fixed price – no surcharges in traffic and no hidden costs. You receive the binding price before the trip.

Can I cancel a booked ride free of charge?

Yes – up to 24 hours before the agreed pickup time you cancel free of charge, in writing by e-mail or WhatsApp. With less than 24 hours we charge 50% of the fixed price, with less than 4 hours or a no-show the full price. For day and multi-hour charters of 8 hours or more, cancellation is free up to 48 hours before the start.

Do you also drive across Europe?

Yes. In addition to Frankfurt and the entire Rhine-Main region, we also handle long-distance trips across Europe on request – comfortable, discreet and at the agreed fixed price.
