Your chauffeur tracks your flight number in real time and works from the actual landing time – delays cost nothing extra, and 60 minutes of waiting time from landing are included in the fixed price. If the flight is cancelled or rebooked, a short message by phone or WhatsApp is enough; we move the pickup to the new flight.

On request your chauffeur waits with a name sign in the arrivals area (meet & greet) and helps with your luggage. Alternatively we arrange a convenient pickup point at Terminal 1 or 2.

Yes. English-speaking and Russian-speaking chauffeurs are available on request – as is a female chauffeur, for families, guests from abroad or simply because you prefer it. Tell us your preference when you enquire; we confirm it together with the fixed price.

You can pay by credit card, debit card or cash to the chauffeur; corporate clients can receive an invoice. The agreed fixed price never changes – not for traffic, not for waiting time.
