Messe Frankfurt: arrival & chauffeur guide for exhibitors and guests
The Messe Frankfurt exhibition grounds are among the largest in the world. Exhibitors, speakers and guests who drive themselves quickly lose time hunting for parking and walking long distances. A chauffeur takes you straight to the right entrance – this guide shows what matters when arriving at the fair.
The entrances: City, Portalhaus and Rebstock
The grounds have several access points. The City entrance at the Torhaus sits centrally near halls 3, 4 and 5; the Portalhaus (Galleria entrance) serves halls 8 to 11 and the Festhalle; the Rebstock entrance mainly serves the west side and large deliveries. Tell us your hall or stand – your chauffeur drives to the right entrance.
Timing your arrival during the fair
At peak times traffic builds up around the grounds, especially in the morning at opening and in the early evening. We build in a buffer and choose the route based on the current situation. That way you are at your stand before your appointment – not once the first conversations are already under way.
From the airport or hotel straight to the stand
Many guests combine an airport transfer with the fair: we collect you at FRA and take you to the entrance without detours. The daily shuttle between hotel and fair can also be scheduled at a fixed price – punctual, representative and with no expense surprises.
Groups, delegations and exhibitors
For teams and delegations we arrange several vehicles or a minibus or Sprinter shuttle on a schedule. Your guests then arrive together and predictably – ideal for stand staff, client evenings and networking appointments during the fair.
